I so highly recommend Hadi Heating and Air and I am so thankful to Hadi. I am overwhelmed by the kindness of him, his wife Autumn and employee Caesar. For the past 2 winters my heating unit has not worked. I have had 6 different local heating and air companies come out between last year and this year hoping and praying I would be told they could fix it and only needed a part replaced. Each time I paid the required diagnostic fee and was told I needed a new unit, it could not be fixed and was given a price for a new one or I could put money down that day and be put on a payment plan of which neither I could afford. This week I received a call from Hadi's wife Autumn who told me Hadi Heating and Air heard of my situation and wanted to help. Yesterday Hadi sent Caesar to my home and he found that my unit just needed a new capacitor and he replaced it with a new one. Hadi called me later to make sure all was ok, heat was working and even had me check to make sure the ac was working too. Hadi then told me there would be NO charge at all and they were happy to help me. I hope all who have heating and air issues support this wonderful company who's honesty, professionalism and integrity is very rare these days. Thank you Hadi Heating and Air! Yayyyyyyyy, I have heat!!!

Highly recommend Hadi Heating & Air. Had an issue over the weekend that Hadi took care of incredibly quickly, and also took the time to educate me on simple fixes to look out for in the future. Hadi personally handled my issue that I was having with a random error code showing on my thermostat. He was able to fix my issue in a matter of minutes. Keep in mind I’ve had two other AC repair companies come out, one which installed this system and they couldn’t fix it. I highly recommend these guys! My house is cooler than it has ever been since living here!

Hadi was absolutely amazing. He was prompt with a response and more importantly on time. He was able to diagnose what was going on and repair the wiring from prior work from the previous owners. There's a piece of mind knowing your AC will remain strong through the summer months down here in the coast.

Hadi is an independent and local serviceman for many types of hvac systems in Wilmington. I like his personal touch and extensive knowledge of local issues and systems that’s make my home more efficient and healthy. I called Hadi heating and air when my AC unit stopped working last week.I was in dire need to have my AC fix. He helped walk me through step by step of things to look for when fixing my AC. With a 30 minute face time he helped me diagnose and fix the problem. Super reasonably priced, responsive, and professional. Highly recommend!
